    Both. Some of the vehicles, like the fire truck and chief car, get replaced and I think there re a few new units as well which don't replace anything.

    to the forums. 1. There are some download links here. 2. You have to load the mod before you play it and you can still play the normal game if you don't load the mod.

    Hve you tried importing the file into Zmodeler instead of opening it? I don't think anyone would do it for you.

    No problem. I think you might have to buy Zmodeler to do what you want to do... but i'm not sure. You have to open the .v3o file for the charger to edit it.

    I don't think it would be the submods causing the problem. Does the mod work OK without any submods installed?

    I think you will need to edit the CV model using Zmodeler and change the lightbar to the one from the charger.

    It's normal for the game to freeze while loading the mod. With the Winterberg mod it could freeze for half an hour. Can you post a logfile and dxdiag as well please.
