    Then you could try downloading an older driver, from 2008 or something, from the ATI Website. Some of he newer drivers cause problems with the game.

    He means the video card drivers. So you need to go to the ATI Website and download the latest driver for your video card.

    I think some of the firefighters have an 'open door' command. I think it looks like a key. Use that command to open the door. BTW I think the command is 'Tur Offnen' or something like that.
