    I had the problem with the ladder truck in a different mod, but not in the winterberg mod. I don't know what you have to do for it to work. You could just disable the suicicde event and hope you don't get any injured people in buildings. I was never sure what to do with the bleeding patient, Thanks for finding out. So far I haven't had that event yet though.

I had the same problem and I rebooted and it then worked. If it still doesn't work then you could download the standard config file from the download centre and replace it with the one that is there.

    to the forums. Since you got the game today I don't think you will need a patch. Also the UK version of the game doesn't need a patch.

    You could disable the event in the multiplayer freeplay xml file, but the people you are playing with would have to have exactly the same changes to their files.

    to the forums. I think you need to go in the editor and stop the animation running in a a loop. Open the editor, load the mod using the modifications menu and then press F1 if the panel listing objects etc doesn't appear. Click Persons on the window that is there nd find the engineer and click edit. Then find the animation and select mode single, not looped.

    Then you need to download WinRAR. It is a free program.

    I use the ladder truck and get a Firefighter to go into the building, then get the firefighter to get the person and then move them to the ground. I think you need to use the operating table in the hospital but i'm not exacty sure what you have to do

    I have that problem in EM4 Deluxe. It says it's not compatible, but I click OK to let it load and the mod still works fine.
