    You might just need to change what program opens .zip or .rar files. I suggest downloading and installing WinRAR.

    Emergency 4 Deluxe is only in German. 911 First Responders is not the deluxe version. And when you select freeplay in the deluxe version you have the option to choose normal or deluxe.

    When you open the editor at the top of the screen there is a modifications menu, load a mod by clicking modifications and selecting a mod.

    You need to name the model as the same as you export it as. On the right hand side you see the panel with 'surface' and a check box next to it. Right click that and click properties. Rename the surface and when you export the file call it the same thing.
