    The Winterberg mod has a random bystander first aid thing. I'm not sure what you can get the bystander to do but I think it is something to do with CPR.

    Your emergency vehicles cause traffic jams because they ignore traffic lights. You can't stop this happening at all.

    Be patient. I think you do have to unlock the models before you can import them. If nothing appears the model may not have been exported to .v3o properly.

    You can't tell that there is an English Translation by looking in the Specs folder. And if you didn't want to edit anything why would you look in the Specs folder anyway? For the English Translation, open the lang folder for the mod, rename the de folder to somthing like original and then rename the en folder to de. The translation isn't perfect but it is OK.

    to the forums. I think this problem is caused by moving the mouse while the mod is loading or while the mission/freeplay game is loading. If you don't touch the mouse at all while the mod is loading or the mission is loading you shouldnt have a problem.

    You could upload them to somewhere like ImageShack and use tags.

    No one has released and NY Mod for EM4 yet. Where did you see the downloads?

    You can press the Print Screen (Prt Scr) button and paste it (Ctr + V) into a document. Or you can just get Fraps.

    In freeplay there is also a sniper event, you have a guy with a sniper shooting people. I think you get an amok driver event, and an event where a guy goes aroung blowing up cars.

    Have you tried what I said in the previous post. I know that works for Windows 7 because I have Windows 7.
