  1. It is from White Plains, West Chester County, New York.
  2. You don't need to do anything. My game says the mod is either faulty or not compatible, but I just click OK, let the mod load and it works fine
  3. Just click OK, and let the mod load. Mine says hat the mod is faulty or not compatible and it still works after it has loaded.
  4. Just run the updater and that will give you the latest version of the mod.
  5. Download the file and run the .exe, that is in the .zip file you downloaded. You don't need to use the ModInstaller.
  6. The latest version of the mod (V2.0.2) includes the new freeplay map. As far as I can remember, V1.7 used the original game's map.
  7. As far as I know, there isn't a crane in the mod. I think it would be possible to add the default crane back into the mod, if all the files are still there, then it would just be a case of editing the freeplaybase.xml file and re-adding it.
  8. The Winterberg Mod is quite advanced compared to the standard game and some other mods. ERS Berlin and the NY mod will be more advanced than most mods but neither of these have been released yet.
  9. The .dds files are locked. You need to change the file to a .v3o, unlock it using the editor, then change it back to .dds. Then it should convert or open without any problems.
  10. It's not recommended, but the game can run on a laptop with an integrated graphics card. My old laptop had an integrated card and the game could run with no problems. @sdabs85: Have you tried updating your graphics card drivers? Have you tried running the game in compatibility mode?
  11. V2.5 of the LA Mod is for Emergency 3. You need V2.0 of the LA Mod for Emergency 4/ 911 First Responders, and this can be downloaded from here.
  12. I think the engine is from the England Mod. Yes, it's like a private submod. Wkboy714 has reskinned models from other mods, so the models aren't his, and he can't release the reskins without permission from the creator of each model. @Wkboy714: Nice work! Are you working on any more vehicles?
  13. Yes, I think you could. I haven't tried it but I think it is possible.
  14. @Xandarb: The original poster needs help with the Em3 version of the mod, the patches you posted to are for Em4.
  15. Have you tried reinstalling the mod? or reinstalling the game and the mod?
  16. It's not available at the moment. The download link was removed by andrew2007 because there was a lot more bugs than he realised. Unfortunately, there hasn't been another release since the first beta version, and i'm not sure whether the submod is continuing.
  17. You go into the Progam Files folder for the game, find the Winterberg Mod folder, and in there is an updater. Run that and you will have he latest version of the mod.
  18. The second alpha hasn't been released yet, the first alpha version can be downloaded from the first post.
  19. I have a Fire and Rescue Dodge Charger skin that I did a while ago. I'll post it when I find it.
  20. Select the leader (The firefighter with the red shoulders) and right click a fire hydrant. A firefighter will then go and get a firehose, connect it to the firetruck and then the hydrant.
  21. Open the .cfg file that is in the main 911FR folder (Not quite sure what it is called, it's em4.cfg for EM4 but this could be different for 911FR). The .cfg can be opened in Notepad, then find <var name="r_xres" value="1024" /> <var name="r_yres" value="768" /> Change 1024 to 1280 and change 768 to 800.
