  1. Then finish it before starting more mods.
  2. Why don't you finish one of your mods before starting another. Surely you can understand why none of us really believe you at the moment? If you finish one mod, and release it, when you start working on another we might believe you without you showing us any pics.
  3. Then show us a few pictures so people actually believe you. All you've done so far is open a load of topics, ask for pictures and claim you've done loads of units. At the moment, all your topics are pointless.
  4. Please post your logfile and dxdiag so we can try and find out what the issue is. See here if you don't know how to find these. Where did you get the game from?
  5. Have you actually done any of the mod? There isn't much point announcing beta testers when the mod hasn't really started. Beta testers are needed when the mod is getting towards a release.
  6. You need a diver to mark where the car is, then you need a crane to lift the car out of the water, then the jaws of life to cut the person out of the car.
  7. The new version of the mod can be downloaded here. It's not broken, I just downloaded it myself.
  8. Right click the file, and click on properties. Then click on security and about halfway down there is an edit button. Select "Users" and tick the Allow full control box. I hope this makes sense, if not I can post some screenshots. EDIT: Or you can save the file to your desktop, and copy and paste it back to the right location.
  9. In the specs folder, you need to open fp_params_endless.xml with notepad. For each event, you will see this: <Enabled value = "1" /> Change the 1 to 0 for each event you don't want to happen.
  10. Open fp_params_endless.xml and change "<MaxParkingSpace value="35" />" to however many vehicles you want to be able to have. This allows you to buy more vehicles without having to sell some when there are no free spaces.
  11. Open em4.cfg in notepad, and look for those in the file.
  12. Have you tried opening the unit files with notepad?
  13. Read the tutorial here. Although it would just be easier to start modelling using Zmodeler.
  14. In the program files, you should see the "Mods" folder. Open the folder, and inside you should see the LA Mod folder, open this and then copy the small mods files here. If you want I can make some screenshots showing what to do.
  15. Hold "Alt" and move the mouse to move up and down.
  16. You need to open the .rar file, then copy and paste the files into the LA Mod folder. The LA Mod folder is in the Mods folder in the games program files.
  17. Most of them just need the files copying and pasting into the right place. What are you trying to install?
  18. Look in the Download section of the forum. There's quite a few good mods there.
  19. You have the mod installer, so the game already has the patch needed. If you want to check, open the game and at the main menu, it should say 1.3 in the bottom left corner of the screen. To install mods, you open the mod installer, and click install package on the right hand side, then find the mod you want to install. As far as I can remember, the LA mod has its own installer, so you only need to run that and it will install the mod for you.
  20. This is the reskinning tutorial that was orignally made for the LA Mod. The same instructions apply to other mods though.
  21. Do you mean the light mast (flood lights) that is on a few of the units? If you do I think the script is called LAFloodlights.script
