You're asking this again? Just because no one replied immediately doesn't mean that no one is going to reply at all time. For about the 4th time, you need to make sure the game is version 1.3. If it isn't then the patch will need to be installed, and I mean the EM4 patch not the EM3 patch.

There's an EM4 Patch. And this topic hadn't been posted in for nearly 3 years.

You do need to patch EM4 as well. If it's not V1.3 it doesn't have the mod installer.

As far as I worked out, there isn't a way of fixing it. You have an intel graphics card, which is absolute rubbish when it comes to games. I had the same problem with my old laptop, and nothing I did fixed it. Updating the driver does nothing, your problem still wouldn't be fixed. My advice.... Get a new computer.

Have you checked the Sound levels in the games settings menu. Open the game and have a look in the settings bit.

Make sure you load the game and play the mod straight away. If you play the original game or a different mod then load the LA mod, it doesn't work properly.

If you have a problem then PM ausavin. If you don't like his post then report it. Just don't keep arguing with members of the forum everytime you see something you don't like. If you do want to discuss your problems with someone, keep it to PMs. It's not needed in topics. Now i'm not a moderator, but more posts like this will just annoy other forum members. You're entitled to your opinion, you just need to keep it to yourself at times.

Have you tried reinstalling? Where did you get the game from?

You asked the same question two weeks ago Just because there hasn't been any upates, it doesn't mean the mod is dead. People do have lives outside of this forum, and mods are only done in their free time.

I think you just need to open portraits.xml in the specs folder, then change the order or delete as you choose. I don't think there are any other files that need changing.

I play it on Windows 7 64-bit, so yes it works. The American version of the game is called 911 First Responders, so try looking for that name. You might be able to but it from the Atari site or from Amazon or similar, i'm not 100% sure where you could get the US game from.

Select the Unit and click edit on the right hand side of the screen. At the bottom of the screen that appears, you should see a section that says "modelfile: " then browse and edit next to it. Click browse and then find the .v3o model file for the ladder truck. Then click OK and the model should be visible now. If you don't get it, I can post some screenshots showing what to do.

Welcome to the forums! It was probably a mod that had a winter map (eg. winterberg). If you post a link to the video you were watching we might be able to tell you what mod it is. Or it could have been Emergency 2012, seeing as there are different freeplay maps and one of them is a winter map. And in future, try and make your topic title slightly more informative, not just Also when you're asking for help with something, try and be more polite, not "do this now". If you're not nice to people they won't help you

You have to have installed the mod, then open the London Mod folder (in the Mods folder of the games program files), and open the 'models' folder. Then open the 'vehicles' folder, the model and skin files are separated into the different services. For example, if you wanted to reskin the police car, you would open the 'Metropolitan Police' folder, and the relevant skin file. Most skin files are .dds, or .jpg.

Try updating your video card drivers.

You need to register, then there is a download button at the bottom of the page. And i'm sure there is a scania in the download centre.
