The issue over here is more lack of use for skills like that. It wouldn't be used often enough. When it comes to advanced airways, endotracheal intubation on its own is another thing that is probably normal over there. Whereas over here, trusts aren't allowing it any more for new Paramedics. Welcome to the forum. If you mean when you select the mod in the Mods menu, the game freezes, this is normal. You just need to leave the game for a few minutes while the mod loads.

You can't use content from the London mod if you plan on releasing the mod in the future. As far as I'm aware, they haven't given permission to anyone for their content to be used in other mods. Saying it may change later isn't enough, it's still the London Mod skin, you can't edit it slightly and say it's yours.

I tried to PM you, unsuccessfully. It appears the problem is on your end. Is there any reason why you need to contact Stan specifically? Is it anything that any of us other staff can help with? A message can be passed on to him, if he doesn't see the topic you created. However he can be quite busy so I'm not sure how long it'll take him to get back to you. There is usually one of us moderators around most of the time, so it may be quicker if it's something we can help you with.

At a guess, does your PC use an Intel video card? This is a common isuue with the Intel integrated cards, and as far as I know there is no fix.

Does the config file let you save the edits? If not, move the file to the desktop and then edit it. Once edited move it back and see if that keeps the changes. When connected to the TV, are you still connected to the PC monitor? Are you running 2 screens at once?

Report it, and leave it at that please. Don't be getting involved. This was in my post yesterday, and the same still applies. One person letting him know that the dropbox link doesn't work, fine. Welcome to the forum. Can you post a dxdiag and logfile please. The dxdiag will tell us the resolution of your monitor etc. and the logfile will tell us what resolution the game is trying to run at. I would guess that the solution would involve editing the config file for the game, I assume you know how to do this since you mention having already done this? You need to find the resolution of whatever screen you are playing the game on, and edit the em4.cfg to reflect these values.

If you have an issue with something, report it. Don't be playing moderator yourself. Had you reported it, his original post would have appeared in the report and if a release date was asked for, he would have received the relevant punishment. There are a number of people on here who can help you. I think the better thing for you to do is take a look yourself and if you get stuck on something specific, ask and we can help with whatever you may get stuck on. There are plenty of tutorials to help you get started in the tutorials section. We can help with any questions you may have, but I don't think anyone has the time to guide you through everything step-by-step.

I would suggest using a free program called Fraps to take some screenshots. Any you can show us will make it easier to understand what the problem is. How long have you had the issue? Has it always affected the game, or has it just started happening?

I would assume it's used by an Officer fof some sort. I would say it makes a change from the usual unmarked cars used by Officers, but it's not like that Vauxhall has a lot of markings!

Aren't you confusing the unlocking process with the process of unlocking the .dds files? (.dds -> .v3o -> unlock -> change back). The editor requires files to be in .v3o format to unlock them. Basically just use the unpack file option in the mods menu in the editor, find the file and you're done. For .v3o files, no changing of file types is required.
