Paint.NET DOES support .dds. I have it and have been able to open .dds files. -
Great work The security car still has a lightbar so it isn't really unmarked.

You can't get photoshop for free. You could use either Paint.NET or GIMP. They are both free.

to the forums. You need to make the model to be able to add it into the game. If you search the forum there is a tutorial that tells you how to add a new vehicle.

It's rainy and cold in the UK most of the time. Even in the summer, we have about a week of good weather and that is it.

If you download and install the one in the download centre and then run the Winterberg Updater it should update our version to the latest one.

You might not get many people helping you at the moment as a lot of people who can model etc. are already working on mods.
