    I have the same problem on Vista.... Could it be anything to do with running it as an administrator? Because I select run as administrator.

    Yes...... The winterberg mod is the only mod that you can do this with at the moment.

    The winterberg mod does that.... And then you have to get the police to check the body before you can take it away.

    You have to unlock the LA Mod files to edit them. There is a tutorial somewehere that tells you how to do that.
