    I think this is being released with V1.9 so you will have to install the whole mod like you do with any mod.

    I like the idea and it would certainly add to the realism. Maybe diagnose them and then if they have bad injuries you have to call an air ambulance.

    The patrol command for the police cars isn't meant for the helicoper. You would have to make a separate script and patrol path.
