  1. It's not too off topic, it is somewhat relevant. So as long as the topic stays civil, feel free to discuss it.
  2. English forum, so stick to English please. Or at least include a translation with your post.
  3. Edit the post, and underneath your post you should see an area where you can attach files to the post. You should see a button that says "Choose files".
  4. Just a reminder if you're planning on relasing publicly, make sure you have full permissions for everything you include. I'm guessing you haven't made the models, so make sure you know where they all came from, that you have permssion from the original author and that ALL of the original creators are credited.
  5. What used to be my local police force had a Lexus ISF that was used fairly regularly. When it was sold about a year ago, it had 70,000 miles on the clock, so while not all that many compared to other vehicles still shows it did get a fair bit of use. https://www.flickr.com/photos/s11aun/13203243343
  6. The problem with all of these advanced options is firstly making the scripts, and then making them actually serve a purpose. It's a bit pointless going to the effort of writing the script if it serves no purpose whatsoever. You would then have to decide on what is or isn't too complicated for people playing, so you would need to be balance between realism and keeping it playable for the majority of members who aren't in EMS. The one thing I would start with adding is something along the lines of a triage kind of script like itchboy mentioned, but possibly go one step further to include different Ambulance roles. So: Green - minor. Anyone can treat. Yellow - moderate. EMT can treat. Red - Serious. Paramedic or higher required to treat. EMT only stabilises. Possible another level where Paramedic only stabilises and CCP/HEMS or Doc is required to treat. Then black - dead. Paramedic required to ROLE (confirm they're dead). This would be adding realism, but still keeping it simple enough to play. I don't have scripting ability, but I don't think it would be too difficult creating a script for what I described above. Why would you have a "parabag" (whatever you mean by that...) and Entonox in your car? The standard game has EMS personnel having one bag. If you're going for realism, most of the time more than one bag would be realistic. Generally, the Paramedic on the FRU here will have 2 or 3 bags, and a Lifepak if necessary, with them...
  7. Are you trying to change it for freeplay or campaign mode? If you look at the unit.xml, the top half is for campaign and the bottom half is for freeplay.
  8. There is a multiquote function for that. If you look in the bottom right corner of a post, you will see a few options. Just click the mutliquote button on the posts you want to reply to and then click the "reply to x quoted post(s)" button that appears in the bottom right of the screen. You don't have to quote the post you're replying to. People should be able to tell which post you're replying to, especially if it's the previous post. Like here, it should be obvious that I'm replying to your post, and I haven't quoted anything. Anyway, welcome to the forum.
  9. What?! You serious? We have to check we have a working AED on the vehicle before we start the shift...
  10. Guys, let's keep it on topic please. The entire last page of posts is completely irrelevant to the mod itself. Discussing timezones isn't needed in here, and can be done in a new topic if you so wish. I also don't want to see any countdown posts, the mod will be released when it's ready. I don't want to start having to give warnings, but any more off topic posts after this point will be punished.
  11. Asking for release dates is against the forum rules. + 1 warning point and posting restriction for 48 hours. STOP PLAYING MODERATOR. Learn to click that little button that says report. Going back to topic, I don't know if you've got around to lighting units yet... but when you do the new HEMS car, I can tell you from experience that it doesn't have green lights anymore. Just blue/white in the lightbar, no green.
  12. The like button is disabled for normal members, only staff can use it. It would probably get used for too much if it was active.
  13. Yeah, basically once a version has been released one of us will move the topic to the actual Mods section. This was to prevent the Mods section filling up with topics about mods that didn't go anywhere. They will get moved around at some point. I don't really know about the others, but I have been busy recently so haven't had time to sort them out.
  14. TheHockeydude is right. I would assume that the download link has been removed for a reason. It's up to the Modzzguy/ his team to re-post the link, not anyone else. Anyone who didn't download the mod is now going to have to wait until a new link is posted BY THE MOD TEAM and the team only. Anyone other links will be removed unless you have permission to be posting a new link.
  15. Yeah, you're right. It's not your decision to make. The developers have decided they want the topic open, so let's leave it at that, shall we? I'll put it quite simply, there's not going to be any more posts about this. The topic has been reopened, end of. Anyone who wants to carry on this discussion will be receiving punishments. And just to repeat what Mikey has already said, to anyone even considering it, any abusive behaviour will be dealt with aggressively.
  16. I would suggest you take a look at the forum rules. This is very much something you don't ask on the forum. You've recieved the standard punishment. Can you please learn to use the report button. It's not your job to play moderator. Doesn't matter, asking in the first place is still against the rules.
  17. This probably isn't what you want to hear, but it's very unlikely that anyone will be in a position to help you at the moment, especially as you haven't even made a start on anything. What I would suggest is to start by taking a current mod, such as the LA mod, and reskinning that to make an Atlanta submod for yourself.
  18. I assumed that was what you meant. I don't see any reason why using an Outlook account instead wouldn't work, it is still the same service. Do you have an existing Xbox Live account? You can use an Xbox account to sign in to Games for Windows Live.
  19. Windows Live changed to Outlook. Do you have an existing hotmail/outlook account? If not, have you tried creating a new outlook account and using that? By the way, I moved the topic to the Other Games part of the Off Topic section. The Other Emergency Games section is more for the EM games that don't have a dedicated part of the forum.
  20. Learn some patience. If there's any updates to share, i'm sure they'll get posted. Also double posting is against the forum rules, use the little edit button in future. I could say the same about your post. There's a report button for a reason.
  21. If there were any updates, I'm sure they would be posted. Asking about updates in multiple topics is bordering on spamming. You have an issue, report it. Don't play moderator. That's our job.
  22. Technically, you're instructing us what to do as well by saying he should get a warning... As RangerDog pointed out, we don't need instructing. In fact, we don't appreciate people telling us when we should or shouldn't give warnings. Seeing as you can't see other users warning points, how would you even know whether or not I had issued a warning? Stay out of issues that don't involve you. Enjoy your little holiday.
  23. I would guess EMS 6? From what I can work out, EMS 6 is at station 112 which is one of the stations under Battalion 6.
