    I think that happens when you press continue campaign. I accidently pressed it and had he same problem. The only fix is to reinstall the LA Mod.

    I think you have to add the vehicle to the siren and chase scripts.

    The map replaces the normal map not the deluxe one. When you select freeplay, click normal and continue instead of deluxe. You have to play normal mode to get the new map not deluxe mode.

    Which submod contains a white unmarked charger? There is a white unmarked Crown Victoria in Hoppah's additional units submod.
