    I haven't had any problems with tow trucks. Have you tried reinstalling the mod?

    They can be used to protect the FBI in the game then I hope they do get added.

    You need the editor to add the commands. If you don't have the editor then you can't give the vehicles the commands.

    You need to add the command to all the police cars in the editor.

    It is the England mod. There is a guy outside the HQ. You can select him and choose to trigger an event.
