Could this be the problem?

THe building is fixed in Patch 2. Download and install that.

Cars cause traffic james when they are redirected. If you don't want traffic jams then don't redirect traffic

I know..... I was joking Transporting organs would be sensible. The organs need to the destination really quickly. A lamborghini would certainly get it there quickly.

The .exe installer doesn't have a problem. I used it and the mod works fine. Many people have used it and it works fine. Have you tried o edit the map in any way?
