    Go to the specs folder of the mod you want to edit. Open the fp_params_endless.xml if you have the normal game or fp_params_endless_d.xml if you have the deluxe version. Look for <MaxParkingSpace value="150" /> and edit the value to whatever you want it to be.

    There is a tutorial here. I would recommend using Paint.NET unless you want to pay for photoshop. If you are using paint.NET then you can just open the file after you have unlocked it. You don't have to convert it.

    Mission 3: Have you tried shooting it and then trying it? I used the stinger (spikestrip) to stop it and I could then tow it. Try using the stinger and see if you can tow it after that. Mission 9: When you rescue the girl in the camp there are more than two terrorists. There is one hiding near the woods in the corner of the camp opposite where the girl is. If you approach the camp he will start shooting at you and you should find where he is when he starts shooting at you.
