    I agree with Hoppah. Great mods take a lot of time to complete. I'm looking forward to all of the mods in the list and the coastal rescue mod which should be in the list.

    There is a tutorial here. I would recommend gettig Paint.NET unless you already have photoshop. You will need to unlock the file then open it using paint.NET and change the number.

    If you mean the number on the roof of the vehicles then you have to edit the skin of the vehicle.

    I don't have 7-zip and I can open it. It is a .zip file and they can be opened in windows without any extra programs.

    The Winterberg mod is in the download centre. Download and install that and then run the updater. It will then be updated to the latest version of the mod.

    For traffic jams you have to send Police units to redirect the traffic and redirect/move whatever is causing the problem. For the missing person event you have to send some dog units to look for the person, you need a paramedic to see if the person is dead and then you need an FBI unit/ Police negotiator to check the victim if dead. Then you have to arrest the suspect.

    Have you tried just clicking ignore?

    If you have EM4 Deluxe and you just click continue when you have the choice to select the map then it will be the deluxe map and you will get the deluxe events. If you click normal when you can select which map to play on then it will be the LA Mod map. When I play the LA Mod with the deluxe map I get those events. You have to respond quickly or you will fail them.

    Solution: Buy a legal version of the game. Illegal versions will nearly always have problems with them and nobody here will help you if you have an illegal version of the game.
