I agree it would. A police motorbike could then be reskinned into an ambulance rapid response motorbike.

You need to do a lot more than just edt a few things in the editor to do all the things that you want to do. Lights you can do in the editor but for the other things you need to edit some of the freeplay files and other things.

Which files aren't working? Can GIMP actually open .dds files anyway?

They do have a return to fire station button. I think he means have one button which sends all vehicles back to the different fire station.
