    You can call a helicopter. Put a person in the ambulance and press 5 on the radio thing that comes up. In the bottom left corner a list of polce fire RTH and funeral should appear. Click RTH and click one of the H symbols on the map in the top right corner.

    You're not allowed to release reskins of LA Mod units.

    You could reskin some of the current LA Mod units. There is a reskinning tutorial here.

    I don't think anyone was actually working on the mod. It was just an idea.

    Click the vehicle and right click the building. A menu will appear at the bottom of the screen that says next and close and shows a picture of the vehicle. Click next to see the next upgrade.

    You can also download just the EMS SUV somewhere if you don't want Shane's Submod. I would recommend getting it though.

    It should be installed in the mod folder. If it is then I don't know what the problem is Have you tried reinstalling the mod?

    The gas station lets you refuel your vehicles and the building lets you upgrade your vehicles.

    to the forums. The mission bug was fixed in patch 3 of the LA Mod. You can download it from the LA Mod topic.

    I think that means you don't have the mod installed. Or it's in the wrong place. It should show the LA Mod logo.

    It is the wuppertal mod. The Wuppertal mod has been cancelled though. Here is the video.

    I think you need to edit the frreplaybase.xml in the specs folder and portraits.xml and infotexts.xml in the lang folder.

    If you want to reskin the LA Mod vehicles then read this. I would use paint.NET if you want to reskin a vehicle because it can open .dds files. If you just reskin Hoppah's vehicles then you wouldn't be able to release your changes. I'm not quite sure what you need to make a new map though.

    The cureent engineer van can redirect traffic. I don't think it's possible to redirect traffic into another lane.

    I can see Wuppertal on that list. That hasn't been released and isn't going to be. Any LA Mod submods can be found here. There are quite a lot of mods in the downoad centre, you could look there or you could look here. Some of the mods in your list haven't been released yet.
