    No. You can't put deluxe events in EM4/911FR. You have to buy the deluxe version to get those events.

    EM4 and EM3 were both released in English. 911FR is the American version of EM4. EM4 Deluxe is only in German at the moment.

    The EM3 and 4 Double pack is EM Gold and Deluxe has been released. That doesn't say anything aout an English version of deluxe.

    No. But you can change the time between the events so there are less events at any time. There is a tutorial here.
