    You can see 16 Rescue on the front of the top picture. So I think the top one is called Rescue 16 and the bottom one is Rescue 27.

    It is normal for it to freeze while loading the mod. This could take anything up to about 15 minutes. You will just have to wait for it to complete loading the mod. It will unfreeze.

    No. I don't think there is any way of making the mod load faster. The ingame play might be quicker if you change the graphics setting and put everything on low. Or you could buy a new computer.. EDIT: You could try closing all other programs that are open and disconnecting from the internet. This might improve the speed.

    I don't think it is. When I try to load the original normal map the game crashes. But it works fine when I select the deluxe map and use that.

    The Batt Chief doesn't have to leave the station. You just make him exit the vehicle at the station and use him to send units.
