You can edit the map if you know what you're doing. It is possible to have a bigger map but the NY mod team have said that it is very difficult to do. One of w00d's maps has an airport on the map but it also has a lot of bugs.

The Suicide event is disabled in the deluxe fp_params but it isn't in the normal fp_params.
