Kent (UK) Mod (Dev Release)
randomperson139 replied to Pottyscotty's topic in Early Access/Alpha Stage Modifications
You know KSSAAT has 2 helicopters, G-KAAT and a night capable G-KSSA? Essex as in Essex and Herts Air Ambulance (the yellow/white MD902 Explorer), or Essex as in East Anglian Air Ambulance (the all yellow Eurocopter now EC145)? Actually I think the Herts one from the Essex/Herts team (the red/white MD902) is closer, but then LAA is probably closer again! -
The topic has 'WIP NOW' in the title. I think that's probably quite a big hint as to the status of the current version. There was an earlier, I believe alpha, version released, which can be found in the download centre here.

You're starting a mod? READ THIS FIRST!

Edit the first post of the topic, open the 'full editor' and in the top right corner, you should see an option that says 'manage poll'. -
Swedish Mod [PRIVATE] [WIP]

Don't forget to be including credits when showcasing individual units. -
Seeing as you say you were given permission almost a year ago, have you checked to see if you still have permission?

Los Angeles Mod v1.9.3 SG Submod
randomperson139 replied to ShaneGreen's topic in Submods [Approved]
Read the post above yours. The topic is dead. -
To PM, open a member's profile and click the send a message button, or go to the top of the page and click on the envelope icon. Just remember if you're reskinning to post credits when you show any work, and you'll have to enquire about permission to do anything other than a private mod. Another bit of advice, avoid posting mulptiple times in a row. Use the edit button to add to a post, or the multiquote function to reply to multiple posts at the same time. I've merged your posts on this occasion, don't make double/triple posting a habit.

If there was any news, it would get posted. Try and avoid asking for mod updates, remember this is nothing more than a hobby for modders. They do it in their spare time, and do have jobs, family, school etc. to be dealing with.

Welcome to the forum. Before saying you are going to start a mod, I would read this guide posted by NFK. There are plenty of tutorials on the tutorial section to also help you get started with learning some skills. As has been said, nobody will come along and do everything for you. It's best to make a start somewhere yourself.

Washington DC Mod [WIP]

You want to include some credits with that last update... -
I may have the manual somewhere, I'll have a look for you. Alternatively, if you want to list the drugs included, I'm sure the few of us on here that have some form of medical training can help with what each is used for.

Kent (UK) Mod (Dev Release)
randomperson139 replied to Pottyscotty's topic in Early Access/Alpha Stage Modifications
The only extra suggestion I'd have is CCP and/or PP, just for added realism (because it would take a new heal script or something to make them useful). I assume you're already including the SECAmb equivalent of CTL (1 pip) and DSO (2 pip)? Sent from my SM-G901F using Tapatalk -

Looking good mate! Is that what SECAmb hi vis jackets look like? Slightly different to to ours. Any plans for a variety of Ambulance personnel? -

Yep, we have helmets for certain things. Major RTCs when getting in vehicles etc, I think we were also supposed to wear them when on high speed roads. Used to be vehicle based, now starting to be personal issue. In reality, they rarely get used by normal road staff. -
Major problem in my EM4... :(
randomperson139 replied to Duke85829's topic in Technical Related Support
As far as we're aware, there isn't a fix for the white box when you're using Intel integrated cards. -
Go into the mod folder, and inside the specs folder there is a file called fp_params_endless.xml. Open that, and you should see <MaxParkingSpace value="35" /> near the top. Change the value to whatever you want to change it to, and then save the file. You may have to save the file to the desktop, then put it back in the right place.

The white boxes when you click on units is an issue with intel graphics cards, that there isn't a solution for. The greyed out dispatch things sounds like what happens when you play one mod/the original game and then load another without reloading the game. You have to reload the game before switching mods. I would guess you've played the LA Mod, then loaded the Mayberry Mod. Try loading the Mayberry Mod as soon as you open the game, and see if you still have problems.

Never throught to try it! Does it not start to overheat? Football Manager made mine go really loud and get really warm, I can't imagine the effect and mods would have! -

Try holding the Alt button while you move the object. -
Need a few more details. Can you also upload your logfile. What mod are you trying to load? Does it crash at the same point every time? Does the normal game work?
