    I can't get the red lights to work. The 'Stop Polizei' command doesn't do anything when you press it.

    I think it is possible becuse the NY mod team have said something about doing lights like that.

    V1.1 of the AUS is compatible with V2.0 of the LA Mod. Only V1.1 is compatible though.

    That is the right one. I didn't realise you could download the updater. Mine was there after I installed the mod and I didn't have to download anything else.
