It must be exactly the same as before Example: If it was a DDS before it has to be a DDS when you reskin it and use DDS converter to convert it to DDS

I cant think of a city to base a mod off of. If someone can think of one that is really good I will consider making one based off that city I dont want to make a mod based off a city that someone is already made or is making
