sorry for double post... when you do this 5 steps, and you are in game, you can leave and enter multiplayer all you want, but when you leave the game, you will have to repeat the steps

Hey, i know this is post was some time ago, but if you still have the same problem i've found the solution. here it is in a few steps: 1.Open a browser window or anything else(you will need this for step 2), then Go into your emergency 4 game 2. use Alt+TAB to minimize your Emergency game, then disable your internet connection 3. go back in the game and go under Multiplayer, and wait till you can do anything(if it lags) 4. again use Alt+TAB and enable your internet connection. 5. go into the game and enjoy multiplayer hope it works, did for me
