i just stated to love the older rotary vehicles too. Im pretty sure to add some LAPD and LASD units eith rotary light too

good decision to start on em4! My secret tipp: try to learn it all yourself! I sounds hard and very unmotivating but trust me, it is worth it! Im in the stage of lighting and skinning and i also learned it alll myself. If you do it yourself you really know what you are doing and can use this knowledge later. There are great tutorials on youtube too. If you have questions with lighting , just contact me via pm and i can explain you the basic things to get started:) For skinning its your choice between PAINT and GIMP. I prefer GIMP because of its bigger functionalities but thats totally your decision. As a start, skinning and lighting is a good way to start modding! If you want to mod any modification just ask nicely! A NO-Go is to beg for permission. If the Author says no it means no. You can´t change anything about it:)

1.Right now i have my final exams at middle school. Don't expect anything till the next weeks. 2.Yes, i don't like the Limited Water Script. Hey guys, please don´t thread some starters unfriendly just because they asked very basic questions. You could kindly explain some questions might not be on-topic here but i really was in the same situation, i think everyone was. thx:) Gonna keep the dodge, will make a unmarked and a marked border patrol dodge just because it iis very unrealistic how the setup is right now.

yes, i'll switch the map to a way better one, me myself will make a map but firstly its only a switch to a way better map:) this won't take too long, Planned Release would be mid may.

i have steady burning lights on the most firetrucks and police units too. Some actually dn't have them but i'll add it:)
