you have em4 or 911 first responders?!

i did everything like in the video but in the last part (1.32) when he starts 911 first responders he goes to modification and has the la mod installed and when i start my game and go to modification there isn't a la mod..i realy want to play the mod..i tryed with ny mod..but again the same..

i follow the instructions to install la mod and when i start the game it isn't the la mod..it's the same map and vehicles as the original 911 first responders..can you tell me how to play the la mod?!

Can Windows XP support the mods for 911 First Responders?! Because when i install mod i can't play it..
