    I've been meaning to ask a BTPCSO something. Are smaller stations mainly staffed with PCSOs (Who seem to be basically performing the role of regular officers without the power of arrest; they carry leg restraints for god's sake) because they're cheaper than a normal officer?

    I have a skin to replace one of the roads policing officers with a BTP officer if you'd like it. It's very complicated. Inside London, there's a city called 'City of London', which is actually separate from London; it has its own council, etc. It's something to do with the Roman empire I believe. Met Police probably do mutual aid there sometimes but since it's its own thing it has a police force. EDIT: Thanks for merging it admin!

    Ehh... It's a shame to say it, but, yeah, I think the community just doesn't want to go to EM5 because EM4 is more than good enough.

    I've seen the Manchester fire service around, but only on shouts responding. Are those PPEs/bunker suits fire friendly, they seem almost like high vis jackets with a bit of protection?

    To answer Q3, there's a few more in different mods, but generally it's just the same but with different implementations. Copenhagen mod has a little tow on rough terrain ladder thingy.

    It's a hell of a lot better with mods, try LA Mod and Montana Mod once you've got the hang of things

    A lot, maybe even the majority of the things you want there are available in EM4 in practically every mod.

    I was sure we had a topic on this already, but. I just got accepted into the Cadets program with Staffordshire Constabulary, I'm just wondering, if anyone here is a cadet, what should I expect from it? Are the people generally nice there? Is it a bit scary?

    That's how they naturally look, no distortion or weird effects there. Pretty much every monitor uses 16:9 by now, so EM4 shouldn't ever have a problem on it
