Well, WizardWorks/Sixteen Tons had that sort of mindset and look what came out, 1 police truck, 1 SWAT vehicle and 1 transporter. You've gotta think about the realism, imo.

First, do a clean install. Then update to 2.1. Then update 2.2.Then update to 2.3. You have missed out v2.0.2. And BTW, you have to send the vehicles to stations, they don't spawn there. -

If you haven't download the second mirror, get Jzip or 7zip.

Spikey open the .rar, you'll find an .exe there which installs it. Extract the rar to a folder, run the .exe, and change the path to wizardsworks/911 firstresponders/mods/manhattanmodificiation 2.0.2.
