To 'spruce' it up a little, you can load the mod in the Emergency 4 Editor and load the map, from there you go into Scene in Edit, (It usually pops up anyways) and place whatever you want down, be it cars, buildings, units, eg. Also, double posting, let alone triple posting, violates the Emergency Planet rules and guidelines, and is frowned upon, consider deleting your previous posts,

As NFK said, yea, pretty much all laptops will run it. But, i owned an old Dell Dual Core with Integrated GPU, i had trouble playing LA Mod smoothly. It was playable, but i had around 13-18 fps. So, be careful. Also, you can NOT run Manhattan Mod on slower laptops. You WILL need a gaming PC (Yes, you're gonna need a 120 bucks graphics card like mine) to run that, but you won't be missing out on much with a cheap laptop for around 100 bucks.

Well, i went from V30 (zero) to V3O, lol EDIT: Okay, i tried it. Didn't work. I renamed cv_lapd.dds to cv_lapd.dds.v3o. I opened editor. I go into Modifications, and unpack the file. No errors. PS still can not open it. Am i meant to be opening it as admin?

Whatever i do, this refuses to work. I rename cv_lapd.dds to cv_lapdedit.V30 and load up my mod in editor. I continue to supposedly unpack the file. Everything goes fine, so i expect to be able to edit it after naming it cv_lapd.dds again. However, i still get the 'File format could not parse this line' error, as if it were packed! This is really annoying. I can't make ANY progress on ANYTHING without at least an unlocked LAPD patrol car, and it's really starting to annoy me. Help!

I don't know if you can do that. Seeing as i uninstalled my Manhattan Mod (I wasn't playing it and it took up 3gb) is there a map switcher in there? I think maps have to be set up for units, you can just put any map and expect it to work, i think.

What happened with the Manhattan Mod? Not appearing or crashes?

Did you browse to your correct location? I'm fairly sure the default directory is the European version (EM4) which is a different path, try reinstalling but browsing to your folder with the game in.

You've V2 map, as in just the map or the mod?

You want to know which mod you can disable/enable lights and sirens on? All mods and the game have that feature. (If that's what you're talking about)
