  1. You could also get St John, or Hatzola in some places. County ambulance services are becoming more and more stretched, so paid/volunteer EMS step in, much like in the US.
  2. I would like the link to the video as well please, as I'm interested in that opening gates bit you mentioned

    Best mod

I don't think there is a proper answer to that, different people like different stuff really! One of my all time favourites is Welfordshire Mod, also Montana Mod. RSB Simulator is a great mod too.
  4. Kent Mod alpha has pepper spray, and most newer mods have tasers. However they are very ineffective in riots as the game simply wasn't made to incorporate less than lethal stuff
  5. Perhaps it'd be better to work together with the author of this mod instead? http://forum.emergency-planet.com/topic/20696-cumbria-mod-concept/
  6. I could help if you would like. There's a lot of models you can use already. My girlfriend used to live on Walney Island
  7. Yeah, it is! I had that problem with GTA IV/LCPD:FR. In the middle of an amazing pursuit, bam, crash.
  8. Yes, it may be Windows 10; a crash 30 mins in is normal, I get even on stable mods, and a crash after 30 mins is common on Montana Mod. It's a small price to pay for such a good mod!
  9. You're not disabling any cores, you're setting it to only use 4 (so in effect you're speeding up your PC). It may or may not fix a crash, I read somewhere EM4 doesn't like multicore PCs. Right click the EM4 process in task manager and press set affinity to change it. Probably won't work, but worth a try
  10. Have you tried setting it to use only four cores in task manager?
  11. Yep, they'd have no place anywhere out of their jurisdiction
  12. Sorry to keep posting so much, HM Customs do have emergency lighting but they don't have any power of constable away from places like ports and airports (Although, this is very confusing, as there is/was 3 different border agencies knocking around)
  13. I can see that sorta thing being really useful in smaller town
  14. It won't be anything roads policing wise, constables have no power to pull over vehicles without uniform, so you do not get plain clothes roads officers. Maybe fake police :O

    Help

You can PM him, click on his profile and then on the right find 'Send me a message'
  16. Oh sorry, I meant PCSOs as in general purpose, rather than street wardens, unrelated to dogs. CS probably isn't great to use on a dog, you're right, it spreads too much (PAVA is the superior incapacitant) and I'd imagine it'd only piss the dog off more.
  17. Street Wardens don't generally deal with dangerous dogs, more dog fouling and less confrontational crimes, police ARVs probably do respond to rabid dog calls (if you're referring to the conversation about the dog attack above). I don't really appreciate them, PCSOs are much better in my opinion and should be used more often.
  18. Why is that? Maybe that's a law enforcement shotgun, allowing tasing + shotgun power ALL IN ONE!?!!?!?!
  19. How does the TASER shotgun differ from a regular X26? Surely a shotgun would be awful, since it spreads too far at long range?
  20. So you could rock up to a house fire, and treat people in the back and fight fires on the front? sounds like an ambulance and a fire truck made babies tbh
  21. Thanks for the info guys. Armed vehicle looks really good!
  22. Similar question to above^, what is the black and yellow tabard used for?
