I know of a lot of these models (Specifically NNico's), but some not. Does anyone have the Vision SLR lightbar? If i ever get the dds unlocking done, i obviously can't use the LAPD lights, and i need to find the Vision lightbar that LVMPD uses.

Or, right click paint.net, properties, compatibility, run as administrator. Whenever it launches (Manual or opening files with it) it will be admin I had this problem too.

Well, i used DDS converter too and it failed to convert it. I think the problem lies with my editor-or something, or maybe i'm SOMEHOW unlocking the wrong file, but either way, i think it's still locked/packed. I give up

Go for an area that is plagued with a specific disease/crime/fire. Most mods nowadays are reserved to either creator's hometown, or famous cities. Maybe go for something like the Caribbean, which is famous for drug smuggling. I'm trying to get some progress on a Las Vegas mod (I don't know if i should get permissions for this a LA Mod submod or release it as a full re-skin of LA Mod, PM me!) which will be focused on drunks and drugs, so i will maybe do a DEA unit. You've really gotta strike into that niche when it comes to Emergency 4 mods.

It'd be awesome to see TAME's (Tamworth's rapid response) response car, but to be honest it's just an average WMAS (Is that it is called?) with their logo on the window. I hope your brilliant mod will be released soon!

That could easily run Manhattan Mod! Radeon's 6600 series is nice. Plus, you will 6ghz combined, if Emergency 4 is multi-core optimized, you're gonna be fine. Although, like squamish said, if you're planning on being a hardcore gamer invest in a desktop/custom.
