    Earthquake can easily be taken out yourself with Mindcore's configurator, 2 & 3 require lots of work, and 4 should be reported in the bug report bit

    Nice mod but why go with FDYW? The only department i can think of with the town and department type reversed is FDNY, which is only like that since a NYFD already existed when it got set up
