Select either of the fire chiefs (city or county), right click their vehicle, then right-click where you'd like the wet stuff to be delivered. Both chiefs have their own cooldown, so you essentially have two planes at your disposal.

Found another minor thing, BEMS ambulance 1 has both its front turn signals set to 'blinker left'. Mirror and rear ones are fine though.

Disregard original post, it didn't want to load the one above. Fun. Either way, I did notice the utility truck and both tow trucks will always drive at top speed, whereas everything else only does that with sirens on. I want to say the coroner van didn't do that though, so I have no idea if it's related to them not having sirens, or being in the TEC category. Other than that, things have been fairly smooth sailing with no unreported problems I think and I'm still very much enjoying the mod

Interesting. I haven't tried again since, so we'll see if it's a recurring issue then. Unrelated, I did notice both front turn signals on the HazMat truck are set to be right blinkers, instead of the left one being the left one. Presumably a missclick when setting that up, idk, I just noticed it when following it around lol.

It would appear the FWP trucks don't 'turn off' when they return to station, as the headlights remain on and the exhaust is still going. Other than that I haven't really noticed any issues, though I also haven't encountered some of the calls or used some of the vehicles people have mentioned above. Honestly, I'm just impressed by how nice this now is to play Edit: the MHP Impala with lightbar also can't go back to HQ, just back to station. Don't think that was quite intended either. The slicktop is fine though.

I have so far spent more time than I should have but less than I'd want with this mod, and so far haven't run into any real issues. I did find a few minor things though: -The CHP '82 Impala has an amber flashing emissive/polygon/thing and corona instead of the blue one I'm pretty sure should be there. Presumably something that got copied over from an LAPD bar that went under the radar because at a glance it appears fine. -The '97 airport PD Crown Vic has one unit number on the drivers side, but two on the passenger side. Looks like something funny may have happened when flipping the texture from one side to the other? I still find it interesting just how many different livery variations they've had over the past decades though, but I digress. -ALS ambulance 3 as it's referred to in the files has its fender lights flash in sync, rather than alternating red/amber like the other ones with a similar setup. That might be intentional, I don't know, but it seemed off to me at least. And that's it, at least so far. I'm a sucker for old rotator lights so this mod is practically virtual heaven lol.

Found a small error a little while ago already that I fixed on my end but I should probably mention it anyways, the rear turn signals on the foam truck are both assigned to the same blinker setting. I can't remember if it was left or right, but either way when it goes one way it looks like it has its hazard lights on, and the other way it doesn't signal at all. Don't ask me how I noticed, I don't know. Something also seems off about the colour of a few of the lights on the BLS ambulance. I haven't looked into it yet but it could be some have an amber corona while the actual light is red?

At the moment it is fairly certain these 2 mods are the only ones containing malware, though some claim there is something with the Open Interiors mod containing traces of internet traffic. It should be fine, but you may want to get rid of that too if you want to play it safe I'm guessing you mean either PoliceMod 1.0something (by Dehan) or SAPDRR (by Palm Beach Gaming) as I know for a fact LSPDFR (by G17 Media) is still under development.

Quick heads-up, the welders (or whatever they were called) can't get back in their truck. They can for some reason get into ambulances though. Apart from that, it is definitely a nice mod

Non-North American Fire Departments
SuperStumpje replied to Fred03's topic in Emergency and Rescue services
There's a volunteer station around the corner here that has 2 engines and a small van, which is the standard setup for volunteer stations in my city. The "normal" stations have quite a lot of differences. There's the main one that houses at least 2 engines, a command vehicle and the diving unit and probably some other things I can't remember, and there are some smaller ones. I know one nearby has at least 1 engine (think they've got a spare somewhere too) and a ladder truck, there's one that has at least one engine, foam tender and an aerial platform thingy (google translate FTW) and a container vehicle I think (only been there once, years ago) and there's one that only has an engina and a ladder truck (and once again, possibly a spare engine. never been there so got no idea). If there is a 2nd engine at a station (volunteer or not) it's usually a spare vehicle for training and backup. As far as I know every station has a van too as a runaround vehicle for getting chinese takeaways and moving stuff between stations. There are some other rarely used vehicles parked somewhere else but I can't remember where they are or what vehicles. -
I once called the national guard and shot everyone But yeah, I usually take the leader first and take the rest in for the sake of it.
-
HV = rescue vehicle Post ** = station number (can't remeber which station has which number, press something and watch what leaves the station) AL = ladder truck TS = regular engine don't recall what other codes are used, if you need anything let me know. This should get you somewhere at least

Did you even read the entire title? It clearly says it's still in progress.

Portuguese Modification [RELEASED]
SuperStumpje replied to Ghost Graphic Designs's topic in European Modding
Sounds like a bit of a difficult system, but that might be because I'm not used to it. What I do know is that in English it's just the fire department, nothing fancy. -
Seeing as the last post from the creator is from yesterday, yes. Yes it's still in progress. And please, don't quote big posts like that.

As far as I know, they do regular training over here and that's it. No special test, if you pass the exams you just need to train on a regular basis and possibly there's a refreshment course every now and then, but I'm no expert.

From the little German I know, I think the units are a command vehicle, 2 engines, a ladder truck, a water accident vehicle, a doctor's car and 2 ambulances stationed at a fire station and 2 technical something vans shown on the screenshot.

You need to create an acount first before you can get to the files. Took me 15 minutes to find out, but at least it's working.

Before anyone starts about having to enter a key, you need to copy the entire line and paste it in your adress bar. Mega links don't always work for some reason. -
Hi, I'm assuming you're new here, but asking for release dates is against forum rules.
