    It's in the Montana mod, they also have a script where if you hold shift when moving a vehicle it will move at civilian speed with no lights or sirens

    I can gaurante that he would not let you get a pre release as he wants to release it to everyone at the same time, And if you have some skills to offer I recommend sending him a PM on here and not through emails.

    Are you going to include all units from Chicago Fire, ambo 61, squad 3 (you have already shown), truck 81, engine 51 and the chief sub (I can't remember what it's called) this mod looks really good and I can't wait to play it
