Hi i recently installed the latest version of the kent mod and when i play it it runs fine, i then added some vehicles to the map and changed some around and now when the loading bar gets to full it black screens then crashes to desktop, i have tried different things to try and fix it but it hasn't worked so i asked here. Here is my EM4 logfile: https://mega.nz/#!xkgGGZCY!xruwgQPxGPolpxOUJYzTjWJx3Ftu-otkZX9fGs0zbq0 Thanks UPDATE: It seems if i edit the map in anyway this problem occurs

That might be quite a complicated script to make, i am not very good with scripting but i would imagine you would have to make the script and then you would have to make a load of animations for different things if you wanted it to look good -
The only problem with radiation is it can cause FPS drops

It sounds great, I am looking forward to seeing updates. Someone needs to make a mod for em5 that does for that game what the la mod did for em4.

I hate hearing things like this but you have to think if its needed or not, depending on different factors: County size, county population, Hazards (Oil refinery's etc) and possible targets for a terrorist incidents. If the county in question has non of these then it might not be needed for that county to have one and it maybe more financially wise to have them come from other county as mutual aid. This is ok for these because they are specialist units and are not used on a day to day basis however cutting frontline appliances such as your standard pump or ladder is far from ok. i have always said when they are thinking of cutting a frontline appliance in a big town/city that maybe they should look at replacing it with a smaller RRV Which would be ideal for small incident such as car fires, bin fires, people stuck in lifts etc. Where i am from in Suffolk they have replaced there old appliances with brand new 64, 14 and 65 reg volvo's but now they are thinking of scrapping a few in two major towns and a village, The village in question it is necessary to have a large appliance as it would take a while for another crew from another station to reach the incident, The towns however are different, insted of shutting down stations they are talking of removing the third appliance from both Bury st edmunds and ipsich ( cant remember which station in Ipswich ) Fire stations, this would be an ideal place to have a smaller 2,3 or 4 crewed RRV. I also have said that the fire service and this is the same for police and ambulance that they should do bulk orders of vehicles rather than have it on a county to county basis, at the moment it is all over the place. for example Suffolk has new volvos, Norfolk has scanias and MAN's and essex uses scanias and dennis's. I think they should buy appliances on a country wide basis and then its down to specific countys to purchase special appliences

Kent (UK) Mod (Dev Release)
TACRfan replied to Pottyscotty's topic in Early Access/Alpha Stage Modifications
Pottyscotty may not allow it just because he was only excepting changes by people in the modding "team" . This might of changed but that's up to him to say, wouldn't mind seeing some pictures though if you don't mind to send them via pm to me . But as I said its up to him to decide -
Thanks i will implement it shortly

Hi I want to add some points on the map where I can dend a police car to like a checkpoint. I saw in the London mod that they had something similar to this and I wanted to know if It used the return to police station script and if it does how would I set it up on map. I am terrible at scripting so if it involves that I may stay away from it for the time being.

Nice, looks good I like how you have added the filter -
Hi i have started to work on my own idea for a mod which is a UK Mod, This mod is going to be private but i wanted to show off what progress i make to the emergency planet community. This mod is a mix of 4 mods (Kent, Welfordshire, London 1.2 and West Mids) and it also has a few smaller mods such as EmC-units light bar pack in it as well. I have done some lighting on units and i have just re-skined my first ever units. i hope you like it GAMEPLAY: LARGE INCIDENTS: RE-SKINED UNITS:

I don't like using radiation either, I think it can ruin the appearance of the vehicle, I agree about the polygons though, wasn't to sure about them when I started doing the lights for the Kent mod but now I think I would do them when ever possible. The coronas and sizes I use are: Blue: corona 5 blue, size 23 Red: corona redlight, size 23 White: corona 5 white, size 13 Green: corona greenlight, size 13 Orange: corona 5 orange, size for emergency lights: 13, Size for blinkers: 8 These are the coronas and sizes that I personally think look best in game -
I will definitely have a look, it's good you have started a topic because now a lot of the English speaking community will be able to find you
