    FYI the moderators frown on people making pointless posts just to drive their rank up. The ranks are irrelevant anyway, you don't get anything for getting a higher rank.

    Perhaps you could reskin a unit that already has a helmet and just slightly alter it. Would that work? Sorry I know little about modding.

    Yes you are forced to use steam if you get certain games that have to be registered on steam. It strikes me as unfair and I am not sure it is even technically legal.

    I think the public demonstration and riot are the same, if you leave the public demonstration people alone for long enough they start throwing bombs.

    I would advise joining them, no sense in reinventing the wheel, we really don't need two Washington DC mods.
