Does anybody know why the EMT can’t retrieve the stretcher? It’s on every ambulance, I can’t get the cot.

Hello folks, ValleyMod207 here, HOPING to bring you a new mod, titled Valley Mod. We'll give it a true name when it all starts up, but if the map is right, it'll be in a valley, hence the name. LET ME BE HONEST, I have NEVER created a modification before, nor do I have experience, but as I'm studying hard on the tutorials, I'm hoping to learn and bring you guys a mod to enjoy as much as I do! First off, let me give some details that I have planned. This is going to be based on a small town residential, commercial area. I'd love for it to be based on my hometown: Scott Depot, WV, otherwise known as Teays Valley, also another play on the mod title. I'll make another post soon to let you guys know vehicle details. I'm planning on placing two fire stations on the map, one main and one sub, with a courthouse holding the state police and county deputies, as this town won't have an actual police department. I plan on having a small general hospital as well. Look, I know, I know, I KNOW, you guys think I might be asking you all to do all the work, but believe me, I AM GOING TO BE IN THIS 110%. I will need help though, so just volunteer with anything. I'd like a good team to help me. I'm as nice as can be, and I just want a small town mod that I know I made myself with the help of others.
