Right got the CTD fixed and have been happily playing now only bug I really hate most is this natural gas leak you can never pass it I have had it fail within 1 to 2 seconds of the supervisor coming up and saying gas explosion and then immediately failed so there is just no time at all from notification to failure at all and so no chance to ever pass it this needs to be fixed and the other a couple units I have found do not allow you to put personnel back in the vehicle if you get them out like for example the nypd auxiliary guys inside the tow truck also would love to see taser added and too more units if any have it now as I have not seen any with taser, also unlike other taser scripts should not have to be right next to the suspect to tase them instead should shoot and hit for a few feet away like in real life the barbs project quite a distance! Sorry however forgot to say in last post as was listing the bugs great mod however most enjoyable one for me personally so far and so off to play some more now been playing today as not working so far for about 14 hours for me xmas came early

Guys I second that and ty for your help have resolved the issues I was having with freeplay and advice for everyone else having issues right click the emergency 4 icon go to properties run as administrator and in compatability with xp sp3 and also make sure your enitre manhatten mod folder and infact any other mods you have and are not set to read only, then open EM4 or 911 as administrator go to options and make sure the settings for the graphics are all set to low, you should hopefully have no issues then with freeplay i hope mine now works fine and I love this mod well worth the wait dyson and raf you have done a absolutely amazing job most realistic feeling mod I so far have been able to ever play!

looking awesome looking at the work you have said has been done not sure what is still outstanding but guessing you are either at internal compiling and testing stage before beta release or bloody close to it now and so I am simply getting more and more exicited for this fresh original mod your team has done some great work will check back soon great job

Latest Announcement I have heard from a rockstar official is they had had some set backs they were originally looking for a september 2012 release they are not guaranteeing it but are now aiming for a christmas 2012 release market at this moment in time but none of this is an official announcement just a word in my ear from a friend who works in rockstars design teams although he is not working on GTA 5 he is working on LA Noire 2

Likewise I have the same issue but maybe that my laptop does not have enough ram try uninstalling all over mods and make sure none of your EM4 files have become corrupt from any other mods you have installed so maybe try reinstalling EM4 again as a fresh copy and just install this mod on it's own I personally am tomorrow after work gonna try to install it on my custom gaming desktop pc and see if it is just a ram issue as other mods work fine but this one seems to be bigger and had so much more work done to it and so I know I will work it out and get it going for freeplay and I know I will really enjoy this mod as they have done such great work, I also know the mod is fine as I have tried it on a friends copy of EM4 as he had downloaded it and it really is an amazing mod works fine no issues or bugs at all that I have seen and have thoroughly tested the scripts out etc today on his laptop!

Unit 42:- Sorry for the lack of Punctuation was done on my Blackberry device really quick as having an issue getting the freeplay to work. However I am now trying something I found in a read me file not sure if an up to date read me file or a old one but gonna try that now I am back home on my laptop and see if it works!

hey guys as per my earlier question can not get freeplay to work but just looked at the files in the folder as simply used your built in installer to install it but just found a file entitled read me seriously saying we need to have v1 and patch basically this new v2 to v1 is that correct or should I just install from the installer I have got the units in campaign fine but not on freeplay so any help would be great, but the units are fantastic really really are but just would love to have a good look at the freeplay new map you made etc so if you can give me some guidance on the install of the mod as the normal way I install mods does not seem to allow freeplay to work but I know it is something I must be doing wrong as others have mentioned the map which means they must of loaded up the freeplay map to be able to comment on it or the less traffic comments which again I love as your right was so many traffic problems before blocking units etc and you had to manual turn traffic round etc to get units through etc so this is so much better from everything I have read and seen in the updates etc but just want to be able to enjoy this for myself as following this mod have been wanting to play it for so long and units in my own personal opinion are what i personally prefer to the units of a good few other mods so not knocking them just saying that especially the ems units appeal to me more in this mod as I find them more realistic as a EMT myself!!

not complaining at all great units dyson and rafael but i can not get it to load on freeplay it just crashes 3/4s of the way through the loading screen have tried both options with and without nypd just can not get it to load not saying this is a bug but all my other mods load fine any suggestions as this is really the main mod i now wish to use!

Ok well i never got a invite and you had said in pm to me that I was gonna be one of the beta testers and yes sorry was away at the time you obviously did release the test but well still never got an invite as promised but never the less good luck with it all then and tbh don't really see that interest has died in the mod mate just think people have learned to stop keep asking for release dates etc and learned to keep quiet and wait but I for one know I have waited for this ever since v1 can't wait to try it but guessing since I was not included as promised in the beta testing program that I will now have to wait for the full release but if you do still want me to test is never to late to send me the link am not working today either so can be on it solid the next 2 days testing everything out and reporting back to you but not gonna push for it just here if you want extra hands, on another note how you been lately dyson as I know you were getting quite stressed out see you say your moving now so good luck with that if you need any help or vans organising for the move etc let me know maybe able to use my contacts to get ya a good deal!

hey dyson how is things going been away and so not been able to check topic for a while we any nearer v2 yet? from the looks of things been no beta release yet as from reading back a bit and title still just saying in progress don't think I have missed the beta release but when testing comes as we spoke about on pm months ago I would really like to help with the testing and resolving possibly of any bugs reported currently I can test on various mac and microsoft machines but also by end of the month will be able to also test on lynx machines as will have 2 of them at my home here! All my pc's range in spec from basic to full on top spec advanced custom gaming and programming pc's

yes it does have potential And as per above and well to dosed monkey as per my private message months ago to you if your happy as per the quote above for me to try to better and finish this great mod to which you have worked so hard on for you and of course you will still be credited as the creator and me as just the hired help then I am happy to do so and if anyone else would like to help with this also then just let me know thanks guys!

shame no more testers are needed would of loved to have tested this on all my systems mac win and lynx so I could of confirmed it worked on all of them but am still super excited for the general release so like others have said before me congrats on reaching beta testing, and so glad we are getting so much closer to the release I just have one question for you all is it possible for a later release to make a detective or fbi agent with just a shirt and trousers as it were and a badge on their belt like most detectives wear them these days?

Yo guys managed to get the v1 to work for just a little while on campaign only but then crashes can not load the freeplay at all but love the units I have managed to see in it so far so makes me even more so so excited for v2 hope the nypd detectives and secret service agents are still as good though!

never mind worked out my silly mistake was not saving it as auto save had been turnt off somehow all working now got my motorbike cop and my roads policing with taser now thanks for your help!

right cause tried that and that did not seem to work alone at least I wondered did you not like the equipment editing on the vehicles need to edit one of the files first to actually assign the equipment to the personnel before the draw command etc could work?
