My Mod Installer is not working on my Emergency 3 download from Amazon. I have attempted a registry edit but that has not worked, and I have re-installed the game several times but that hasn't worked either. I have attached the logfile and the DxDiag. logfile.txt Emergency 3 DxDiag.txt

This may not be directly related to the LA mod, but when I try and download any mod my MODINSTALLER doesn't work and says I need to re-install the game. I have Emergency 3, and when I reinstall the game it still doesn't work.
