I played around with this mod, I have not found in English so it was very difficult to play. I was wondering if there were other similar mod, perhaps with more vehicles and more freedom. If you know of others let me know, thanks, and soon.

Hello guys, I would like a mod focused on medical emergency,with no damned fires limit with accidents, and with all the specialized medical vehicles. Do you know some similar mod? [sorry for brutal english i'm italian ]
