I am new to this forum and am after some help. My son has just purchased the Emergency Collection 3 and 4. It installed OK and everything works except when a call comes in a man pops up in a window and starts to talk with the speech coming out of the speakers for a few seconds then the speech stops. He continues to pop up throughout the game but again no speech is heard over the speakers. All the other sound effects work but I was wondering if this is a known problem or if anyone knows how to fix it. When it was installed Direct X 9 installed as normal and it is running on Window Vista with a PC that has a lot more than the minimum requirements. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
