    Hey thanks for the support! We had planned on having some JPSO units but I think that was thrown out because we already have a bunch of units. If we end up needing or anyone want some units from Jefferson Parish then that will be take in to consideration. For right now there are no JP units. Sorry. Thanks again!     Haha it's ok. No they are not the same. Emergency 2013 was made to make the waiting time for emergency 5 seem shorter and give people a preview of emergency 5(I think). Emergency 5 is not released yet. If you have any more questions just send me a PM. Zach

    sorry for the double post Hey guys! I have finished the lighting on the Orleans Parish Crownvic except for some little edits and the head/tail lights. I am working on some really cool things right now!

    If the models turn out white then you didn't assign the skin with the model. Once you have your skin saves as a DDS or a PNG or what ever your skins is saved as. Then you have to open the V3O's with note pad or word pad and change the name of the assigned skin. Example.png to charger.png.       I imagine it's the same thing with Emergency 3 to Emergency 4 ports; I believe they just don't work.
