    Well i haven't seen a tutorial that shows you how to make new skins.

    This is great! I downloaded it and the police work but the ambulance don't work at all. When I put those files in my ambulance folder all of my ambulances were gone. Can somebody help me? Ok cool thanks

    Ok will this tell me how to put the skin on a vehicle? I don't know how to do that either.

    I downloaded this and the police work and now when I try to play and I get a medical call, I have no ambulances. Not even the ones from this download. Can someone help me?

    I need help starting from the very start. I don't know how to create vehicles and make skins. I also don't know how to make a map and also put in spawn points for vehicles. I need someone to help me so I can do this submod. All the help I can get is appreciated.
