If you play L.A. Mod missions victims can die or lose health on the stretcher or on the way to the hospital in the ambulance, but on freeplay if you put some who cannot travel in an ambulance (their health is too low and the ambulance picture is grayed out) in a BLS or ALS ambulance they dont lose any health ! I tried changing the "difficulty level" to hard and it didn't change does anyone have any ideas or know who to fix it so victims lose health on the way to make it more challenging ? thanks all help is appreciated
