Yes, the bus looking rig is called a MAB (Mobile Ambulance Bus who would of guessed lol) there starting to get popular they can hold i believe up to 12 patients and i know Chicago has one and Arlington County has one and the New Jersey EMS Task Force has one i believe.

I know there's a way to translate mod's to English but i want to translate the Amsterdam one, what file do i need to open in order to translate it to english??

Would it be possible to do a English translation of the controls where you call out the units because i clicked one and it felt like the whole department was going haha.

A suggestion for the units on the map i would suggest a engine, battalion, ambulance and either the light rescue truck or the heavy rescue truck.

my town has sold our old heavy rescue to the NBC production company that is running the show and they will be using it for the actual show. It's not in the show yet but I will update this topic when it is!
