  1. any chance of poles being in the fire house? they worked in EM1... just curious since most all of new yorks fire house have them
  2. Any chance were going to see the wye from the la mod, or a different augmentation? NYC having large set backs and the wooded areas on the map it would be nice to see something along those lines, unless there is a way to add legnth to the hoses. maybe a standpipe system in the enterable buildings, or industrial buildings so you can attach hoses for interior firefighting?

Greetings, I have been busy at work but have always been an FDNY buff to some sorts and i know youve been getting a lot of requests and i'll apologize early for this large of a post due to the pictures, but you stated in an earlier post that you needed to add vehicles to fill a fire house and i have some ideas for future releases: the first is a High Rise Unit/ reserve rescue unit, which could be as easy as some equipment and skinning changes. This unit could also be skinned for use as another hazmat unit, mobile command unit, collapse rescue. High Rise Units are assigned to 10-76s and 10-77s citywide. They carry equipment, lights, and generators that are used in combating high-rise building fires. The High-Rise units are with Engs. 3 and 39, with Engs. 33 and 22 as backups. usuially staffed with 1 or 2 firefighters off of a unit from the station they are staffed in. The second would be a NYP ambulance, New York Presbyterian Hospital is the largest hospital based EMS service in NYC, operating out of 10 hospitals with both ALS and BLS ambulances. Third is an FDNY Haz Tac ambulance, these ambulances, in addition to their normal 911 call volume are trained as hazmat tech.'s and provide medical care and decon to contaminated individuals. i believe this would be useful in the game so that if an individual is injured you could just load and go with the ambulance being the decon unit, in turn, you could have EMS haz mat persons that can treat injured in the hot zone without becoming contaminated. to tell the difference between the two ( regular and HAZ Tac Medics) you could make the haz tac medics have blue chemical suits. It would also be nice to see other engines and ladders so that u have more of a variety when u have to call in units from off the map. personally it would be amazing to see Ladder 10 housed with Engine 10. again, sorry for the legnthy-ness of this post, and this is a great modification. since i found out of its release my xbox has started to collect dust.
  6. The Large Ambulance will not goto Fire Station 1, this was discuessed in the AUS topic, its larger than the regular ALS ambulances. the large ambulance will be fine in the hospital er entrance or just send it on patrol. Hope this helps for future ref.

  9. All that is done to add the AUS to this submod, it some script changing to make it so their all compatible. Shane and the team go GREAT distances to make their mod's compatible with basically all the other mods out there. Keep up the good work and have a happy new year guys
  10. if you look at the personell in the editor. there is an LAFD firefighter n bunker pants, at least there used to be. maybe u can figure out how to place him in game as a firefighter emt for the ambualnce or something non fire supression related
  11. if i just let it sit, and use the call ems command with an officer, the large ambulance will respond....
  12. Bug issue: When i have an officer check a person and they cover them with the tarp/blanket/ whatever u wanna call it. my medics still try to revive the person... i dont know if this is sappose to be like that or? Thanks and have a safe and happy christmas
  13. their LTI, and theres more than likely some seagrave tillers in reserve, also dont be ssuprised if the new ones start popping up , considering a city like LA usuially buys from more than one Mfg. company, thats why they have seagrave and Pierce engines.

  16. for now, the ready packages for 1.9 are only the 2 AMR Ambulances, u can add the entire mod, but you will need to do some scripting work
  17. Trauma centers usuially almost always operate a helicopter, and are sex up to handle MAJOR tramatic injuries. what u are talking about seems like u want a city clinic or something of that sort, or a doctors office
  18. i do some dispatching, and also was a fill in dispatcher for the EMS company i used to work for... i'd throw something together but u guys dont like my voice, let me see what i can dig outta my computer maybe i can atleast provide some videos

  20. after talking to you through pm, and like i said in my last, a small LAPP and also since u did those upgrades to the S&R LASD a small outpost in the moutains would be nice. i like the new map somewhat.... but the LA River takes up a lot of space that could have been used for something.... another police station and a third fire station could have been there lol but i enjoy something new :-P i was thinking something small, like below
  21. also the issue with this is u cant have tracked vehicles in the game.... they're not supported
