Howdy! First off, apologies if I'm not able to advertise looking for help or offering money to folks on here - I had a read through the terms of service and that jazz, can't see anything saying I can't, and the rules don't appear to be complete yet. Either way, long time reader, long time EM4 player and LA Mod user, and did post some stuff ages ago... alas, I am looking to find someone that would be able to assist me with some personal alterations to LA Mod, and I'm more than willing to offer payment (looking in the realm of $50-100USD). I have had a read through the tutorials on the site, and have done quite a bit myself, but just can't seem to get it all to work together perfectly... and in some cases, at all. I don't have the time/patience to really learn to script more than I can at the moment, and work extremely long hours in real life. That said, if someone is able to help, please either reply here, drop me a PM, or... whatever suits you. On to what I'm actually doing -- Essentially, I'm looking to reskin units from a number of different mods (already done for the most part) and roll them into one, using LA mod as the base. Obviously at this point reminding everyone that it is a personal use mod only and this won't be released or shared in any way. From there, I'd like to change the fire stations in LA Mod so that fire station 1 becomes only a fire station and has all fire/rescue apparatus' and units. Fire station 2 will become an ambulance depot and have only ambulance units/vehicles. I also have a few other miscellanious changes, such as the engineer being able to lay cones, barricades and direct traffic, but that's all fairly basic and I'm pretty sure I'm able to get it sorted myself. I have made alot of changes so far, but just can't get it to work, hence creating this post. Feel free to drop any questions etc. Also, will provide more details to anyone willing to take the job on.
